Completing a PDF Form
Back to Membership page.
Once you download the Membership Application Form:
- Position the mouse pointer or hand tool inside the first form field to
be completed named Re-Up and do one of the following:
- Mouse click in the form field and begin to enter information, or
- Press the Tab key to advance to the next form field.
- After entering text or numbers press the Tab key to
move to the next field to be completed. If you do not wish to enter
information in a particular field press the Tab key to proceed to the next
field. You can also position the
mouse pointer in a desired field and click to begin entering information.
- Continue entering information and pressing the Tab
key until you complete all the information required on the form.
- To make a change in information you enter, mouse
click in the field to be changed and make the changes.
- Once you complete the form do one or both of the
following:
- Choose File>Save As, and rename the file to save
the form on your system to be printed later, or
- Print the form.
